Howie, originally from the Bronx, NY, is an internationally acclaimed Klezmer artist and clarinet virtuoso.  He is also a seasoned jazz musician.  Howie has produced and soloed on several bestselling Klezmer albums.  He was featured in the PBS special "In the Fiddler's House", about Itzhak Perlman's journey to discover the roots of Klezmer and was a soloist on Broadway in the Tony nominated musical "Those Were The Days".

Howie is a regular featured performer at Klezfests and Jazz festivals held throughout the United States and Europe as well as such elegant venues as The Rainbow Room in New York City.
